Kingwood Special from Kauri Watches

Thought to be sustainable, created to be unique

The special pieces are watches based on the design of the current collections but for which additional technical or decorative work is done. The aim is to mix know-how in order to offer exclusive watches.

The first special watch was unveiled in May 2021. It is a unique piece whose case and dial have been entirely made in the KAURI workshop, from the same raw wood veneer. The wood grain extends from the dial to the case, as if the wood had grown around the steel ring. The wood species selected for this first special watch is violet wood or King wood, and it has been named KINGWOOD

Warranty

KAURI WATCHES guarantees your watch for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the warranty conditions. KAURI WATCHES international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase of the watch. The warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate has been completed ("Valid warranty certificate").

During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you have the right to rectify any defect free of charge. If, following a repair, your watch does not regain its normal functioning, KAURI WATCHES guarantees replacement by a watch having identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch will end twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.

The following are expressly excluded from the international warranty:

• Normal wear and tear of the watch (e.g. scratches, alteration of the color and / or material of the leather straps).
• Inappropriate or abusive use of the watch (such as impacts, crushing, incorrect repositioning of the crown, etc.), exposure to strong magnetic fields and high temperatures.
• Loss of waterproofing beyond 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Leather bracelets.
• Watches whose identification numbers have been purposely erased.
• Watches that have been stolen or lost.
