GUARANTEE

ASTEN guarantees your watch for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the terms of the warranty. ASTEN's international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase of the watch. The warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate has been completed (“Valid Warranty Certificate”).

During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you have the right to have a defect repaired free of charge. If, after repair, your watch does not return to normal functioning, ASTEN guarantees the replacement with a watch with identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch will end twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.

The following are specifically excluded from the international warranty :

• Normal wear and aging of the watch (e.g. scratches, alteration of the color and/or material of leather straps).
• Inappropriate or abusive use of the watch (such as shock, crushing, improper repositioning of the crown, etc.), exposure to strong magnetic fields and high temperatures.
• Loss of water resistance beyond 24 months after the date of purchase.
• Leather straps.
• Watches whose identification numbers have been deliberately erased.
• Watches that have been stolen or lost.
