GUARANTEES

PILO & CO GENEVE offers a two-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers shipping and insurance on the shipment. This warranty does not cover leather straps, batteries or any item that has been modified or altered by a third party or has been subject to misuse by being subjected to shock, chemicals, etc.

All service requests, whether covered by warranty or not, are subject to approval by PILO & CO GENEVE before an item can be authorized for shipment. Procedure for submitting a warranty claim: For technical support, please email sav@luxury-watch-store.ch.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Repairs on any item that is no longer under warranty will be subject to a preliminary evaluation at our facility, followed by an estimate to be approved by the customer. Repair request procedure: for technical support please send an email to sav@luxury-watch-store.ch.

DELIVERY

Shipments are insured (insurance is included in the shipping price) and can be tracked. The maximum delivery time is 14 days from the date of purchase. The customer agrees to check the contents of the package within 24 hours of receipt. He must also ensure the good working condition of the goods within 72 hours of receipt.
